Distance Sales Agreement

Buyer: The person or entity whose name, title and address are stated in the order form.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the products ordered electronically by the Buyer through the Seller's website, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Products and Payment

Type, quantity, brand/model, colour, personalisation details, price, payment method and delivery information are stated in the order summary and the order confirmation email. All listed prices include VAT.

Unit prices vary by order quantity; the applicable unit price is determined by the volume pricing table shown on the product page at the time of order.

4. General Provisions

• The Buyer confirms having read and understood the essential characteristics, price, payment and delivery information before placing the order.
• For customisable products, production begins after the Buyer's written approval of the digital mockup. Changes requested after approval may incur additional cost and time.
• The Buyer is solely responsible for the intellectual property rights of any logo, image or text uploaded.
• If the Seller cannot deliver within the agreed period due to force majeure, the Buyer is notified and may cancel the order.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. However, under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for goods prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs. All printed, embroidered, engraved or custom-sized products fall within this scope.

6. Dispute Resolution

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts at the Buyer's place of residence are authorised, within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade.
