Delivery & Return Conditions
Production Time
For customisable products, production starts after you approve the digital mockup. Production takes 5-12 business days depending on the product, as stated on each product page. Lead times may extend during peak seasons; you will be informed in advance.
Shipping & Freight
- Shipping within Türkiye is free for orders of 7,500 ₺ and above.
- Below that threshold, a flat freight fee of 450 ₺ applies.
- Bulky and heavy items (stands, furniture, high-volume packaging) are arranged as dedicated freight.
- Domestic delivery takes 1-3 business days on average.
- International freight cost and lead time are quoted per destination.
Inspection on Delivery
Please inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier. If there is crushing, tearing or water damage, do not accept it without an official damage report. Transit damage reported without such a record cannot be accepted.
Return Conditions
Personalised products cannot be returned. Printed, embroidered, laser-engraved or custom-sized products are excluded from the right of withdrawal under Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
Products are replaced or refunded free of charge in the following cases:
- A mismatch in print, colour or size between the approved mockup and the delivered product,
- Material defects caused by production,
- Transit damage (with an official report),
- Short shipment.
Please report such cases with photographs to info@mercreative.com.tr within 7 days of delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders that have not entered production and for which no mockup approval was given can be cancelled free of charge. After mockup approval, completed preparation and production costs are deducted from the refund.
