We process identity, contact, customer transaction, financial (invoice/payment), marketing (with explicit consent) and transaction security (IP, log records) data.
Purposes
- Conducting sales of goods and services,
- Order, production, shipment and invoicing operations,
- Customer relations and complaint management,
- Sending commercial electronic messages where explicit consent exists,
- Information security and compliance with legal obligations.
Legal Grounds
Data is processed under Article 5/2 of the KVKK on the grounds of conclusion and performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, legitimate interests, and — where applicable — your explicit consent.
Transfers
Data may be transferred, limited to the stated purposes, to shipping/logistics companies, payment institutions, e-invoice and accounting providers, our hosting provider and authorised public institutions.
Retention
Data is retained for the periods required by legislation (10 years for commercial books and records) and for as long as the processing purpose requires; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your Rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, know the third parties to whom data is transferred, request correction, request erasure, request restriction, object to automated analysis producing adverse results, and claim compensation for damages.
